This is one of the many problems I've had with this truck. During heavy rains, water leaks out of my passenger side grab handle, onto the dash then onto the floor mat. The leak started about 2 years after I bought this truck new. When I brought it to the dealership to have this and another issue fixed, they said they fixed the leak and there was nothing wrong with my other complaint (trailer brake controller) because it was working just fine (never has worked "just fine" and still doesn't). I asked the service manager how the leak was fixed and he said they had to "adjust the windshield", I never knew windshields were "adjustable". None the less, the leak seemed to have stopped even in the heaviest of rain storms so I went about my business.

Recently the leak has developed again so I brought it back to the same dealership. This time the service manager said the only way to stop the leak is to replace the entire sunroof (glass and channel since the brilliant Ford engineers decided to make this a one-piece unit. By now my factory warranty has expired and I am into my extended warranty, which does not cover glass replacement, so it will cost me $1750.00 out of my pocket! So, once again Ford did just enough to get the problem resolved long enough to out last my factory warranty. There seems to be a pattern with these "repairs".
