About a year ago, I noticed on my 2015 F-150 Platinum that the rear window defrost wasn't functioning. At the time the truck was still under warranty so I took it in to my dealer. They kept the truck for about 3 days, only to tell me that corporate and the dealer feel I damaged the back window, therefore they weren't going to pay for it. They pointed out 2 very small light scratches on the copper line of the defrost and insisted I made them. I never have anyone in the back seat as I don't have children and those scratches weren't there when I took it in... Ford and the dealer didn't want to cough up $700.00+ labor to replace the glass that was still under warranty at the time. This $60k truck has been nothing but problems... go search for my a/c issues.
