This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ford dealer.
Own 2016 XLT F150 worth $40K + and it has been to Ford dealer couple time. Purchased the truck new.
The transmission is jerking and Ford is aware of it but does not have fix for it.
Ford dealer service reset the KAM and performed transmission adaptive learning, but the car is still doing the same thing.
Took the car to different Ford dealer, I was told that this is normal and Ford is aware of it but do not have fix for it.
It is a big shame that a +40K car does this! it feels like I am driving old car

Brought truck back to dealer after purchasing NEW. They said the transmission is operating normally. I kept telling them it jerks and thats not normal. Second time, same bulls*** from the dealer. I'm very annoyed. Now a few years later, the truck has 53k miles and the jerking is worse. It is beyond warranty.
Update from Feb 20, 2020: After some research I understand that this is a very common complaint among owners of F150's. Do you think it would be wiser to start a class action suit here in Florida against Ford and their carelessness?
