12/27/18 - Below freezing temps outside. Windshield is iced over. Remote start will not work and had to start truck with the key. Radio was on but I was unable to adjust volume or change station. Unable to turn heat or a/c on. Turned truck off and restarted with same response.
4/1/19 - Took truck to dealership to see if they could determine the issue. Dealership is unable to replicate the issue, but they do notice that temperature settings for heat and a/c do not do what they are supposed to when using the remote start.
