This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ford dealer.
Vibration/rubbing noise developed from the front end. It was initially prevalent when making right hand turns/going around curves at lower speeds (<30km/h). Could also produce the sound when braking and slightly turning steering wheel to the right.
Problem started getting worse and was noticeable when braking while driving straight. It would take higher speeds to get rid of the sound (~50km/h).
Dealership checked for leaks on IWE system and found none. They determined that noise was coming from the front wheel hub needle bearings. They replaced both front hubs under warranty.
