This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Ford dealer.
I wish I had videos and photos of it but I was so annoyed by the dealership that I didn't care.
First time they were outright lying that they replaced oil pan and did absolutely nothing. In order to replace crappy plastic oil pan you have to remove crossmember and let me tell you, no nut showed any indication of being removed. Not only that, oil leak was still there. When I contacted them to explain that dealership is stealing from them, Ford didn't seem to care. I was like WOW... that's crazy... anyway. I'm on 3rd oil pan right now.

Well, just few months after oil pan has been replaced, there is leak again and another replacement of leaking oil pan.

Well, it is still leaking. We don't know if they will try another oil pan or not. I can't get my dealer I bought the truck from to return my call and try to remedy the situation.
After numerous oil pans there is something else wrong other than the oil pan. It would at least be nice if the dealer would want to try to fix it - it is under warranty. By the way, my dealer is Steve Rogers Ford of Waterville Ohio - please beware.

Well that did not work - I guess we will try another oil pan, number 2. Only time will tell if that works.

The second time. They put a new oil pan on this time. Will it work? Time will tell.

2 year old vehicle with a leaking oil pan is not good.

This is my 3rd oil pan.
This sucks. Getting upset.
Dealer only replaces.

4th oil pan now. Getting pissed off. Dealer just replaces and nothing else. Probably waiting until the warranty is done so they can bilk me $400 a pan.

I have had my vehicle into the Ford garage three times for this problem, the last time I had it in, the dealer called me and said it will be $1200 for my portion of the fix. I told them you never fixed it the last two times and my oil pan continues to leak oil onto my garage floor. No help from Ford to fix this problem.
