On labor day this past year (9/4/2017) I purchased my Ford raptor from five star Ford of plano in plano, tx. I also traded in my current 2013 Fiat abarth 500. When the performance sales manager was showing me how to operate the inside functions and setup my fordpass app on my iphone, I saw and shared with him (rich ruane) that my truck looks to have a recall (17C12) and with a date of 8/28, which was a few days prior. He shook it off, I myself didn't care as it was left rear seat belt and I am alone. When I brought my truck back the following week on Friday to have the windows tinted and spray-in bed liner, the dealership never called me back and was avoiding me. I drove the loaner back to the dealership that night and confronted Mr. Ruane and he comes out and says I can't give you your truck back because it has a recall and shouldn't have technically sold it to you in the first place. The next day I made several calls, was treated very poorly by the service manager as the sales manager avoided me. After threatening legal action, I was able to pick my truck up that Saturday (9/16). First tactic and lying was the service manager telling me I never took delivery of my vehicle, after correcting him on that matter he then threatens to cancel sale, which I reminded him that had expired and he couldn't. since then, the dealership has constantly been calling and texting my cell phone from a variety of numbers even after I told them to cease all communications with me. I don't believe they reported the sale to Ford yet as I have not received anything from Ford Motor Company in the mail about this recall, though all other raptor owners have. The dealership has been bullying, lying, and just deceitful and am fed up with it. I contacted Ford Motor Company on this matter and have not received a response. Respectfully, bruce respectfully, bruce

I bought a brand new F-150, and still am not able to get the keys to it because of a recall. There is no date as to when this recall will be fixed, and I am very displeased with the lack of information I am getting on when I will get the keys to a vehicle I am spending $65,000 on. I want to know when this recall part will be fixed so I can take ownership of my vehicle.
