Purchased the truck with 4,400 miles. At ~17,000, a loud whistling noise is audible on the passenger side of the vehicle when the blower is turned on the higher settings. Dealership cannot determine the cause, after replacing the blower motor. They reported this to Ford, and further action is pending. Dealership says they determined this to be happening with other 2018 F-150s on their lot, and Ford may consider this to be a "vehicle characteristic". I'm not sure how poor quality can pass as a vehicle characteristic when it is found to be pervasive in the model.
