actually this problem has been occurring for a couple of months now. I dated it at 3-21 because that was
the last time I drove my vehicle . the noise occurs after braking , whether on hilly or flat stretches of road
but when it occurred last I noticed the pedal going down farther than usual . never had this problem on
my last 2 f150, 2007 and 2003 models. this is not going away. I plan on calling my local ford dealer to see
if they will investigate the problem will keep you posted.

This is a truck with under 36,000 miles and already needs the 'bake' breaks replaced - something wrong that the front brakes don't need to be replaced!!!! I have never had to replace the brakes on any of my vehicles with only 36,000 miles.
I did the calibration as described; however, it sounds as if the brakes get stuck - after hitting the brake pedal a couple of times it stops....
Ford needs to make the brake problem right before somebody gets seriously injured!!!!
