The contact was able to drive to Advanced Auto, where brake fluid was added to the vehicle; however, the failure recurred after driving 2 miles. The contact stated that upon pulling to the side of the road and inspecting the vehicle, the contact could not find a brake fluid leak. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where it was diagnosed that brake fluid was leaking into the brake booster. The dealer determined that the brake booster or the brake master cylinder needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
