2018 f150 has 9000 miles. It was parked under a carport in the shade early in the morning, temp was 73 degrees. Opened the truck door then closed the truck drivers door normally and heard a loud crash and the back window was in a million pieces Ford won't cover it, they said the cab is vented to prevent this from happening. p.s they're full of sh*t, plus the dealer won't do anything to help me-----perston ford preston maryland and I bought my last four rides from them. Guess they're not as good as they say they are.

I used my remote start to warm up my truck. The temperature that day was about 46. Came outside to my window exploded. Glass all over inside. This is the 3rd F150 I've had that has done this. The other 2 were while driving but this POS sat right in my driveway. If my young children were in it they could have been injured. After googling it I have found out that this is a common problem with the F150s and other Ford owners have asked for a recall with none being issued. I thought it was just my bad luck, which might be a contributing factor but an educated guess would tell me that Ford is waiting for someone to be injured before they fix this ongoing problem. How do I get help with trying to get a recall on these F150 rear windows?
