The vehicle as of 12/9/2023 at 3:27pm CST is at a mileage of 79,528. We reported to the dealership in April 2021 and services prior to April 2021 that the sunroof would randomly become misaligned with the sunroof track when opening. There will be excessive noise coming from the sunroof when it-??s misaligned. We are concerned that there might be a larger problem with potential exposed areas/leaks when that is misaligned. We feel strongly that it is either the alignment (misalignment) of the panels, an issue with the track, or an issue with the brackets. It was brought into the dealership, and they said they fixed it, but it continues to happen.

Moonroof malfunctioned- causing it to be left open in the winter with poor conditions rendering the vehicle unsafe to drive. Discovered that internal mechanism for opening and closing (made of plastic) had broken in the track. Was able to get it closed for now but I don-€™t feel safe driving myself and twin toddlers. Saved the portion of the clip that broke off.
