Gps/ radio failing, under warranty Ford tried to fix, needs a new radio but doesn't know when they can get one. Also cruse control not functioning properly- Ford dealer replaced steering wheel buttons but on one occasion when pushing the reduce speed button the truck kept accelerating to 10 miles above speed limit before it disengaged. Ford garage said if they can't get it to repeat this problem, they can't fix it. Drivers seat when parked reclines on its own, again garage could not get it to repeat the problem so not fixed. Possible emergency brake recall. Truck gives no fault codes. Was told not to use cruse control but then if it doesn't repeat the problem Ford won't fix it. I and my wife no longer feel safe in the truck and am trying to get Ford to buy it back. No paperwork given at the time of repairs because they could fix nothing. Spitzer Ford in dubois is the garage I used. 3 year original truck warranty will soon expire, I believe in September or early October of 2023.

My 2020 Ford F-150 crew cab XLT with 38000 miles had a seat failure on May 05, 2021 when I hit a pothole on I-75 near lexington ky while traveling 70 miles per hour. I could eaisly see over steering wheel with my 5'2" height since our purchase of this family hauler vehicle many months ago. At the impact of small pothole the seat dropped about 3 inches, I had to pull up with my arms on steering wheel to see out windshield to make it to shoulder. I piled coats under me to make it home. My husband and I found broken plastic under seat? I weigh 105 lbs and my husband weighs 205 lbs. I find it hard to believe the seat in a 50,000 dollar truck would be made of cheap plastic and fail that easy. Repair shop advised this is common in new Ford trucks. Very unsafe!

This vehicle does not come with a seat height adjustment. All vehicles should come with seat height adjustment, a manual one is fine. People that are shorter especially driving an F-150 must be able to see safely. We have many expensive safety features come standard but sadly are omitting a $10 addition that greatly improves driveability.

Multiple issues with vehicle infotainment system. Replaced twice. Rear parking camera malfunctioing after two replacements. Whenever there is rain fall water leaks into the driver's side floor. This has caused major rust build up. Vehicle has only 3K miles on it.
