The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at night, the front low beam headlights were dim, causing a visibility hazard for the driver. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer ken garff Ford located at 145 hilton dr, St. George, ut 84770, who indicated that the lights were factory installed and operated as designed. The light bulbs were replaced. The manufacturer was not notified of the issue. The failure mileage was 100.
