There have been at least 10 times now (bought new 9 months ago) where the cluster will randomly show faults and errors, make noises, the in-dash system shuts off, and the entire truck will die randomly. I could be driving, sometimes on the highway, sometimes at a slow speed in an intersection and it will completely shut off while in gear. I will have to find a way to get the truck safely stopped, place back in drive, and restart the truck. Sometimes it starts back up, sometimes it doesn't. VERY UNSAFE.

I have called Ford dealerships all over the place and nobody can seem to help. I called Ford's customer loyalty department and they didn't help either. I have taken it in to a couple dealerships, and because there weren't any faults showing, or lights illuminated, and they said it wouldn't be worth their time to look at it. If I wanted them to keep the truck and look at it anyways, I would have to pay out of pocket for rental cars because not a single dealership has any loaners they can provide. This is my very last Ford unless they can make this right.
