F-150 XLT 3.5L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 22,500 miles

I came back from a road trip and heard growling at low speeds that eventually got worse as the miles passed on the way home.

The dealer took a look at it and said it needed new pinion bearings and a carrier bearing.

I got the truck back with a violent shake at freeway speeds. I took it back 4 times and nothing was remedied and they blamed it on tires which had 22k on them and it didn't shake when I brought it in.

So I was frustrated and traded it in on a heaver truck.
