The contact stated that while operating the vehicle, the check engine warning light had remained illuminated, and the speed erroneously increased and decreased while driving. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer who diagnosed that the turbo was faulty. The vehicle was not yet repaired. The contact had also experienced several electrical failures, including the rear window becoming inoperable, failing to open and close as needed. The vehicle was not yet repaired.
