Additionally, the contact stated that while refueling the vehicle, with the fuel gauge indicating 20-miles to empty, the contact was unable to properly place the nozzle into the fuel filler neck, causing fuel to spill from the vehicle. The contact stated that fuel spilled on the contact and his wife on separate occasions. The contact stated that the vehicle required twenty minutes to refuel and automatically stopped refueling at three-quarter tank full. The contact used a screwdriver to enlarge the fuel filler neck. The check engine warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. Another dealer, Natchez Ford Parts (14 Seargent Prentiss St., Natchez, MS 39120), was contacted but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired.
