The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact stated while driving at slow speeds and making a left turn, the vehicle failed to accelerate as needed. The vehicle was restarted and worked as designed. The navigation system screen had frozen. While opening the sunroof, the deflector detached. While driving, the brakes was applied without driver input. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the deflector needed to be replaced. The other failures were unable to be duplicated. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 13,696.

The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-53. The contact stated that while driving at undisclosed speeds, the monitor screen went blank. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the system needed to be reset. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken to the same local dealer, who diagnosed that the system module needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure recurred. While driving, the 4WD was inoperable. The ABS, traction control, hill assist, and collision warning lights were illuminated. The brakes were inoperable. While driving, the brake pedal was depressed, but went to the floorboard. The rear wheels had locked up. The contact restarted the vehicle, but the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, where it was diagnosed that the power brake booster needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired, but the failure persisted. The contact stated that while depressing the brake pedal, the pedal went to the floorboard. The manufacturer was contacted, but no assistance was provided. The failure mileage was approximately 24,000.
