The contact owns a 2022 Ford F-150. The contact stated that while driving at 5 MPH, the instrument panel went black. The speakers made a loud abnormal sound which distracted the driver. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a dealer to be diagnosed; however, the vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired by an independent mechanic or dealer. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 7,000.
