Parked vehicle in garage smell oil inside garage, upon inspection found large oil leak on garage floor, when underneath vehicle and found oil leak from cover plate and front axle, steering components. Made a service appointment with local Ford dealership Long Lewis ford Prattville, Al. Vehicle odometer reading on vehicle 17,388.

Noticed when the vehicle was already in motion and accelerating to get up to the street speed the truck all of a sudden starts shaking in the back. The shaking was not only in the back but in the front also. I called Ford and they stated there was nothing wrong with it. If that-??s the case the explain why the back end and front end of the truck started shaking.

The contact stated that while driving approximately 5 MPH the braking system and power steering suddenly failed causing the driver to loose control of the vehicle and crash into a concrete light pole pillar. During the incident the vehicle was severely damaged. The driver sustained a right hand laceration and chest and leg injuries. The front passenger sustained both leg injuries. Both occupants required medical treatment. The cause of the failures were not determined. A police report was taken at the scene and the vehicle was towed to an undisclosed location.
