A portion of unused fuel from one tank to be returned to second tank. When this occurs, second tank exceeds it limit, causing fuel spillages. Spillage can result in a fire when exposed to a source of ignition;.dealer notified, and informed consumer that this vehicle was not cover under a manfacturer's recall.
