Vehicle would not start. Consumer had car towed to dealer, and they said vehicle needed a tune up and coil pack replace. Dealer said that plugs would not come out because they were stuck. So consumer was not able to drive vehicle because the plugs won't come out. Dealer charged a $1000 to take them out. The light at the rear of the vehicle failed. The starter failed three times. A/C failed. The gear shifter failed. The exhaust system failed. Brake caliper and rotor failed. Wires underhood rust out. Power steering hose failed.

Consumer was taking vehicle in for brake repairs when dealer informed consumer that both front drums were cracked. It was due to vehicle traveling over the mountains. But yet the consumer suppose to have heavy- duty trailer tow package. Consumer feels this is not a normal wear. Condition needs to be looked into.

Rear brakes locked up; cause: Left rear brake cable binded, not allowing rear brake shoes to return fully to anchor pins. After parking brakes were applied, vehicle drifted to left, could have caused crash. Dealer will reroute parking brake cable, install windlece on left rear spring bracket to prevent chafing.

When the streets are slick and wet or on gravel upon applying the brakes the front wheels locked up and driver had no control of the vehicle. The ABS only applies to the rear brakes. While driving on wet roads, consumer touched the brake pedal and the truck would not steer or stop, consumer stated on the way to the dealership, the front wheels locked up, consumer was notified that vehicle only came equipped with rear ABS, two people were injured in accident.
