The contact owns a 1999 Ford F-250. The contact stated while parked the rear driver and passenger side doors would not open when the latch was pulled from the interior or exterior of the vehicle. An independent mechanic performed a diagnostic test and stated the lock and cable assembly had to be replaced on both doors. The vehicle was repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 200,000.
