Driving 50mph w/cruise on. 2000 Excursion accelerated alarmingly.kicked acceleratorl, bought under control.no harm.did not use cruise for awhile! and asked several friends if they knew why it would do that..had forgotten incident until saw on 8 news here in dallas tonight. I did not buy new, it was from little rock, ar, with 70K miles and was driven over rough dusty roads.
