2006 Ford F-250 ambulance airbags did not deploy. Consumer states that the ambulance was involved in an accident and the airbags failed to deploy. He states that the ambulance was going around 50-55 mph. The driver of the ambulance was injured, but not seriously. The driver of the vehicle, that the ambulance hit was killed.
