The contact owns a 2008 Ford F-250. The vehicle has a 2006 Pilot trailer. The contact stated that the trailer cable that hooks onto the rear of the vehicle failed. The original design was flawed and caused him to lose the trailer lights, as well as unnecessary wear and tear to the braking system. The current and failure mileages were less than 1,200.
