FORD SAID THESE PLUGS WERE GOOD FOR 100,000.00 MILES BUT IF YOU WAIT THAT LONG PLUGS WILL BREAK OFF WHEN REMOVED, I GOT ON LINE AND FOUND A TOOL THAT WOULD REMOVE THEM. ALL 8 OF THEM BROKE OFF. IF FORD WAS TO DO THE WORK I WOULD HAD A BILL WELL OVER $2000.00 DOLLARS. THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF.FOR SHOULD COVER ALL COST FOR THERE MISTAKE
