The contact owns a 2010 Ford F-250. While driving at 40 mph, the trailer hitch failed and damaged the vehicle causing it to turn over. The contact mentioned that the ball hitch fractured and the trailer detached from the truck. The contact sustained neck injuries that required medical attention. A police report was filed.
