F-250 Lariat 6.4L Diesel

My truck would start to smoke extremely bad (quite embarrassing actually). I would lose power and my fuel mileage would drop to about 10mpg. Dealership said it was back ordered, so I had to deal with this for 2 months. Why back ordered??? Other trucks having same issue? Ford customer service said NO. Whatever. Seriously...a year old truck and yet another issue. I want compensation!!!!!!!
