F-250 Lariet Diesel

So I bought this brand spanking new Ford 250 Super Duty, in Alabama. My Ford Dealer was awesome. Got a great deal. Spent some $65,000 after all the upgrades, extended warranty, fleet maintenance etc.

I drove it to Arkansas and my brakes started locking up. Smoking, very hot, steam with brake dust everywhere.

I took it to the local North Point Ford Dealer and they said they had not heard of any factory issues regarding this model and the brakes.

Turns out it was the brake booster. It damaged the calipers, rotors and pads on ALL 4 wheels. So under warranty, they are covering the damages.

Great... You would think.

I had the car for about 3 days before I took it in to the Ford. The Ford dealer has had the truck for 4 days. As of now, it's been 7 days since my purchase. So it's been in the shop for 4 days and they keep ordering parts.

So here's my problem. They want to turn the rotors and not replace them on all four wheels. The dealer doesn't care because I didn't buy the vehicle from them. Ford doesn't care because they say they can be turned. Of course this takes away from the life of the brake system, by turning the rotors.

So I filed a complaint with Ford customer service. What a waist of time. I got no where.

I spoke with the dealer where I got the Ford, and they say they are going to take care of me and replace all the rotors for me on their dime. I think the manufacturer should be the ones paying for it and that they shouldn't have caused me such a pain in the butt.

I got no where with North Point Ford in Little Rock, Arkansas and I personally think they could have easily taken better care of my issues.
