The contact owns a 2015 Ford F-250. While driving at 70 mph, the vehicle stalled without warning. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the exhaust system failed and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer for diagnostic testing; however, the details of the diagnosis could not be provided. The contact stated that the dealer performed a manual regeneration on the vehicle, but the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 10,300.
