The contact owns a 2019 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving 40-?"45 MPH, the front passenger-??s side seat started to smoke. The driver was able to pull over. The contact noticed that the heated seat module was melting at the wiring harness. The contact stated that the wiring harness was burned at the plug. The P/N: GU5T-14B663-AA. The TPMS, low-windshield fluid, and oil change warning lights were illuminated. The local dealer was not contacted. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and informed the contact that the repairs was at his expense. The failure mileage was approximately 93,000.
