Driving 65, hit rough part of the road, death wobble started (steering wheel and front end shaking violently). It sent me into the other lane of oncoming traffic. I released the gas pedal and it stopped when I got down to around 30-40 mph. Did it again later in the way, same situation. I don't feel safe driving it and it only has 32,000 miles.

When there is a change in pavement or bump in the road, at high rates of speed, the vehicle begins violently shaking and is almost impossible to control. I've since searched the internet and this is referred to as a "death wobble." This has happened at 55 mph and at 80 mph. Front of vehicle always seems to "float" when there is a change in pavement or bump in the road, regardless of whether the death wobble occurs.

While driving westbound on I-10 I was attempting to get off the North bound off ramp and the truck began to "wobble" I had no control of the steering wheel and this not being the first time this has occurred I knew not to hit the brakes. The truck continued going West, I went through two medians and hit a sign before stopping in a South bound on coming traffic lane. This has happened three documented times with two different Ford dealerships and they were also given a list of other occurrences. I was told this was called the 'death wobble" and that it was a common issue. Every time the vehicle was turned in for the issue I was told they could not duplicate the issue, that possibly getting new tires or alignment may help. Nothing helped, I was just in on July 30th for routine maintenance and the recall I later found out about was not addressed. When the issue was discussed with jones Ford I was told "lucky thing is no one has died from this"

While driving & parked air the bag symbol comes on along with cross traffic system fault & blind spot system fault the ac blows hot air, windows, door locks, turn signal, and touch screen all stop working. It's like you are completely locked in the truck.

I was driving 70-75 mph on the highway when my F250 truck started violently shaking (aka the "shake of death" or "death wobble") and was unable to control the truck. I almost crashed. All my belongings in my truck were all over. The vehicle almost flipped. Its a miracle I was able to make it out alive. I took the truck to the dealer and they "fixed" the "damper asy". Ford is not acknowledging that this is a serious ongoing problem with many customers. Doing research I realize how many close calls and injuries people have suffered due to this problem on the same year Ford trucks, there is also a class action lawsuit that's been pending for a while apparently. There should be a recall on all these trucks before tragedy happens!

While driving at highway speeds, my F250 which is only a few months old would begin to shake uncontrollably. I would have to slow immediately almost to a full stop...in the middle of traffic on busy interstate highways twice. Once I ran off the road trying to regain control. It would happen very randomly and then not happen again for days or weeks. Yesterday it happened three times so I got scared, pulled over and called the dealership again. They said, basically, oh, that's the "death wobble" we have fixed two others like that. I googled death wobble today and that is what mine did. Scary. I'm worried it will continue. I owe $60,000ish on a work vehicle I'm afraid to drive on the highway. I have video but it is too big to upload.

I was driving on the highway when the front end of my truck began to violently shake including the steering wheel! I was going 65 mph and I could barley hold onto the steering wheel it was shaking so violently! both of my wrists are swollen and bruised as well as my right thumb. My nail on my right thumb is cracked and bruised as well as a result of holding onto the steering wheel as hard as I could. I immediately slowed down as soon as I could but I swerved into the other lane and then into a ditch. I lost control of the vehicle due to this violent shaking. This has happened multiple times to me, it seems to get worse each time! this truck is not safe and I want justice. There was another vehicle coming in the opposite direction, the highway I was on was a two lane highway. If he would have been 3 seconds closer I would have had a head on collision going 65 mph! the truck shakes so violently and it is terrifying!

I was driving 70 mph down the highway. I went over an area that had a patch in the road and as soon as I hit that bump my truck felt like I was gonna loose control. I almost went into another lane but thankfully I had both hands on the steering wheel. The truck just vibrated so hard. I have noticed that it tends to do that on bumps.

Ford should issue a mandatory safety recall and replace the entire front suspension system and steering system and whatever else it takes to fully resolve. People will get injured or killed if this is not fixed.

My 2019 Ford F250 has a death wobble. I was driving on 3/22/2020 at about 50 mph when my truck started to shake. I had to slow down to about 15 mph to get the wobble to stop. The truck is 8 months old and has 24,000 miles on it. This is the first time the truck has done this. I was driving on a city street at 50 mph. This wobble was violent, and if I hadn't slowed down it could of caused an accident. There were cars coming in the opposite direction.

While driving straight on a highway at approximately 55 mph my truck's steering wheel began to violently shake. It also felt as if the whole truck was shaking. I decreased my speed to approximately 30 mph and my truck quit shaking. This happened on 02/23/2020. This has happened 3 times since I have had my truck. One other time I was driving straight and the same thing happened. I was able to slow down and the truck quit shaking. The other time I was driving on a state highway and I was in a curve. The truck and steering wheel began to violently shake. I briefly lost control of the vehicle and went into the left lane. I slowed down and the shaking stopped. I was able to regain control of the vehicle. I will be contacting the dealer tomorrow morning on 02/24/2020. Luckily there was no oncoming traffic when my truck began to shake. After doing a little research, it seems that Ford has a problem with these vehicles and my truck seems to have a death wobble. I am the only owner of my truck and it has less than 7600 miles. My truck is fully stock with the 18 inch rims and stock tires.
