The contact owns a 2020 Ford F-250. The contact stated while driving at various speeds, the vehicle lost motor power at approximately the 7th gear. The Ford wrench warning light had illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer where it was diagnosed that the transmission had failed. The vehicle was not repaired. Upon further investigation, the contact related the failure to Ford's customer satisfaction program 21B03. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and referred the contact to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 150,000.
