On multiple occasions now I have experienced the death wobble after hitting a bump in the road. Today the vehicle shook so violently that it crossed into the lane next to me on a curve. I do not feel safe in the vehicle now and pray that someone addresses this problem asap before an innocent person is killed. This has not been inspected by any dealerships or insurance reps. No warning lamps or other anomalies observed. The vehicle currently has 53k miles on it.

DEATH WOBBLE Driving 70-75 mph. Speed limit. I hit some some rough patches on the interstate and the truck shook uncontrollably. It-??s happens twice in 30 miles. Very scared.

While driving on State highway 59, a small bump in the road sent the truck into a violent shake where I almost lost control of the vehicle. This violent shake is and can be life threatening to my family and I, as well as nearby others. Now Ford is charging me for fixing the life-threatening defect. It does not seem right that Ford by their defect threaten my family life with a year-old car and I have to pay for the fix.

On 11/1/2022 I was exiting the freeway at approximately 60 mph. When I went over the seam between the exit ramp and the service ramp the truck started shaking violently (also known as the "Death Wobble"). I immediately hit the brakes and slowed the vehicle to 30 mph and the shaking stopped. This issue is widely reported all over discussion boards on the internet and I cannot believe you haven't required Ford to fix this.

At 65 + MPH my truck experienced high speed wobble, it made me slow down in the fast lane to around 40 MPH to get vehicle under control and move to right lanes. Steering wheel was out of control and wobbles shaking the instrument display was unable to see any display because of buffering, this is the 3rd time it has happened and have 42k miles on vehicle.

I was driving on the highway with 3 other passengers, at around 75 mph when my steering wheel started to shake wildly and my truck started to shake violently, to the point of almost losing control. I let off the gas and changed lanes to the right and breaked hard to a stop on the shoulder. I got out and inspected all 4 tires, expecting to see a front tire flat-?? but everything looked fine. I got back in and truck and drove off. Everything seemed normal. Friend from work explained about Ford Truck-??s and Jeep-??s infamous -??Death Wobble.-?? Freaked me out, and scared the crap out of the other adult passengers. This worries me for my upcoming family road-trip.

When traveling on the highway at speeds above 65 mph, a slight bump in the road would take control over the steering wheel and cause the steering wheel and whole truck to shake uncontrollably. Braking would only prolong the shake. Only by slowing down to 45mph or lower, by taking foot off the gas, would the shaking stop. The process repeats at the next uneven pavement it encounters. I have multiple videos that I can share, but this site will not let me upload. This felt very unsafe and luckily I was the only car on the road at the time or the outcome may have been different.
- Litchfield Park, AZ, USA
The steering wheel started shaking violently, fighting with me for control. Observers said my tires looked as though they where coming off. While this was occurring the vehicle drifted toward the center lane as if the alignment was out. Dealership stated it was called Death wobble a known issue on F-250's but it was not a recall
