Both trip meters randomly zero themselves but keep the time traveled so u can never keep track of your mileage. I got numerous pictures of this my dealer looks at me like I'm an idiot and say they can't duplicate the issue well no sh*t its random its got to be a computer glitch also there are no tsbs for it. My trucks been in the shop for 2 months with multiple problems this being one of them and they keep saying cant duplicate and i keep telling them to try and reprogram the truck or update it see if that fixes it I told them I don't want the truck back till they try an update and I kept their loaner car and walked off

Update from Feb 25, 2024 I've found multiple people on forums with the same issue but ford acts like they've never heard of it
