1999 Ford F-350 left rear dual tires came off. The police reported stated the dual studs were all sheared off. There was a possibility the studs were broken prior to the incident.

While in motion, the two rear tires on the left side broke off. One of the tires struck another on coming vehicle. The vehicle had been serviced for brakes 3 days prior to this incident, it was noted on the report that all lug nuts were loose, the right rear could be loosened by hand, Ohio traffic crash report.
