Passenger door opened while doing a 360 degree spin. Passenger was holding grab handle on pillar and drivers arm. Door snapped forward and jammed into right fender. Both hinges may be cracked. Dealer`S response was for me to report to my insurance company that I had an accident. We struck nothing at all. Dealer says they have no responsability to repair anything. We feel that a door latch assembly failed under normal use there was no impact with anything.
