The truck was running hot when towing load if turbo fan comes on. Dealer said fixed problem drove out fine until under tow did the same thing again

The truck was running hot when towing load if turbo fan comes on. Dealer said fixed problem drove out find until we towed our 37ft fifth wheel when we hit the hills and the turbo fan came on it did the same thing.
