The contact had several valve stems replaced on multiple occasions; however, the failure had persisted. The manufacturer had been notified of the failure on separate occasions and two cases were filed with the manufacturer. All of the valve stems were initially replaced under warranty but since the warranty had expired, the manufacturer refused to offer assistance. The vehicle had yet to be repaired.
