The contact owns a 2018 Ford F-350. While driving approximately 15 mph and makiing a turn, the tail gate dropped and struck a horse trailer. The tai lgate was destroyed. The dealer was not called. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated that there was no recall. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer was not contacted. The failure mileage was approximately 5,200.
