The back up camera will display a blue screen when truck is in reverse. This is a full size truck and I am unable to see behind me when trying to backup. There have been recalls on this issue with ford but apparently my truck is not one of them.

There is currently a recall for the rear camera on this truck that Ford has yet to repair because they say they don't have the replacement parts. This truck has the 360 view package. There are cameras all around this truck and they all are getting cloudy to the point it's hard to see from any of them, not just the rear view camera. Ford is refusing to replace the other cameras under any kind of warranty/recall. I think that it's a matter of safety to replace all the cameras because they are all either unusable or nearly unusable. I use all the camreas alot because this is a big truck and there are alot of blind spots.

A small rock shot up from a simi in front of my truck, hit my windshield and cracked my window. I had it replaced with an oem windshield. Now after parking my unit for 3 months, I find another chip in the new windshield, with another crack. The issue raises the question on how safe are these oem windshields?

Our company has had multiple vehicle failures of the shutter door which prevents the vehicle from defrosting causing dangerous low visibly through the windshield. Specifically 3 - F350's and 2 - F550's all of which are model years 2019 and 2020. They have been replaced under warranty and continue to fail at an alarming rate.

Windshield wipers continue to operate in slowest intermittent mode when switched to the off position. This also causes the headlights to be illuminated. This happens at all speeds from a full stop to highway speeds. This appears to be a widespread problem with wiper switches amongst F-350 pick up trucks in Florida or hotter climates. Part cost is $75 dollars plus tax and 1 hour of labor $130. This causes driver distraction and crash potential.
