Driver door lock does not respond to lock nor unlock commands. Tried from key fob and on-door controls. I do not hear any sounds that would indicate it attempts to actuate or is struggling. All other door locks function normally at the same time, but the driver door locks does nothing.
The weather was a bit cold at the time (20F), but it has been much colder without experiencing this issue.
I checked the door for water intrusion by shaking it and listening / feeling for sloshing. There does not seem to be any water inside.
This is a safety (passenger egress) and security (theft / intrusion) issue on a 2 year old truck.
