To Whom is in charge;

It was the june of 2010, and I bought a white Ford Fiesta. After 6 months; the plastic spaces such as front bumper, back bumper and the oil tap had been changed their color to some kind of light yellow like dirt.And to be honest with you it is really making me uncomfortable.The solution from The Ford Turkey was ; painting the places where turned yellow.At the first place i didn't want it to be painted, then just for trying, i painted the back bumper, but unfortunately nothing really changed , It was yellow and it is still yellow and believe me or not but it is getting worse everyday and this is really making me nervous and angry. If i make them all paint, In that case my car will be all painted and no originality will be left.I would like to be clear with you in this issue i do not want to have a painted car or a car seems like in dirt everywhere, This is not my fault and i did trust Ford when i decided to get that car, I would really like to have a new one instead of the painted one. I am really complaining the Ford Company right now. And I should say that cause i am really serious about this, If i cant get any solution that the way that i want, i am planing to share my problem with the other potential clients by internet,television or newspaper.But iI thought that may be the International Ford helps me and understands what i am really looking for that would be the real solution.So Here is my question ''How can we manage a problem like this??'' You may find pict.s of my car to have a more clear understanding.
