transmission judder & defective transmission control module

Transmission Control module was replaced when vehicle was just over 3 years. I was charged Ringgit 4,000 for it. At same time, clutch assembly was changed. A year later, the same juddering occured and the clutch assembly was changed again. I was advised that the next time, I would have to pay for it.

I find that the transmission has a design issue, and the frequent repairs are being passed to the owners when Ford should obviously take responsibility for it. Which car will require a transmission to be overhauled every 1.5 years anyway?

I wrote to Ford Dealer in Malaysia (Auto Connexion - Sime Darby) and they did not even reply. I just think Ford should acknowledge the design issue and take responsibility for it.
