When the outside air temp is below 80 degrees, the AC seems to work ok. Once the it rises, the compressor on/off cycle changes. The compressor "on" cycle is about 10 seconds and the "off" cycle lengthens to around 30 seconds, which results in warm air through the vents. Over 90 degrees, the compressor rarely if ever comes on. The AC system worked fine before this started. [South Florida] I have checked engine coolant.

While driving the car, and accelerating, the Air Conditioner starts blowing hot air instead of cold for a minute or so, until the speed is even.

Just randomly blows hot air intermittently. It seems to do better at high rpm on highway, but really no pattern.
