Fiesta SE 1.6L

Need to know if there is a way to submit to Ford to get a new vehicle or compensation to purchase another. I have read that Ford was aware of this issue and covered it up. This is an ongoing problem. It happens regularly. Transmission was already replaced with another Fiesta, the dry transmission is very dangerous. I can't afford to buy a new car and am scared that it will happen and I will be seriously injured.

VEHICLE SEEMS TO HAVE A HARD TIME STAYING IN GEAR, USUALLY START VEHICLE IN MORNING AND THIS PARTICULAR DAY THE CAR ROLLED OUT OF DRIVEWAY AND HIT THE NEIGHBOR'S HOME. NO ONE WAS HURT. NOT SURE WHAT HAPPENED, I DO KNOW THAT THE EMERGENCY BRAKE WAS UP.
