The consumer stated in July 2015, the right rear door latch on his daughters vehicle opened while she was driving and would not latch. The consumer learned there was a recall for the problem and the dealer repaired under what the consumer believed was the recall. In July 2016, the left rear door opened and would not latch. The dealer informed the consumers daughter it as not covered by any recall, even though there was an open for the problem. One month later, she experienced the same door latch problem with the right front passenger door. Once again, according to the dealer, it was not covered.
