About These NHTSA Complaints:
The NHTSA is the US gov't agency tasked with vehicle safety. Complaints can be spread across multiple & redundant categories, & are not organized by problem. See the Back button — blue bar at the very top of the page — to explore more.
I went to pick up my nephews from their babysitter this weekend and when I was driving back home the back door behind the passenger seat swung open. Keep in mind I had two little kids in the back freaking out I slowly made my way to the side of the freeway. I haven't been able to close it so we had to disconnect the battery so it wouldn't die. Arizona is a very hot state but I do not feel safe driving my car because I'm scared that the other doors will do the same thing. Ford needs to fix this problem immediately.
