The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. The contact stated that the transmission failed when he purchased the vehicle. While driving and depressing the accelerator pedal, it took awhile for the vehicle to accelerate. Also, when driving around a curve, the vehicle hesitated to move forward and the check engine warning indicator illuminated. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken numerous times to reynolds Ford of norman (825 N interstate dr, norman, ok, 73069, (877) 672-2681) where an unknown update was completed. The vehicle was able to drive normally for a day; however, the failure recurred and worsened. In addition, while accelerating from a stop, the vehicle failed to accelerate and hesitated to move forward. The vehicle was not repaired. The contact also stated that the struts were replaced at 20,000 miles. The manufacturer was not notified of the failures. The approximate failure mileage was 66,000.

The contact mentioned that an unknown notice was received from the manufacturer pertaining to the failure. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 22,000.

The contact owns a 2015 Ford Fiesta. While driving 10 mph, the vehicle began to vibrate abnormally. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the head gasket failed and needed to be replaced. The contact was also informed that the front driver and passenger side shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 23,000. The consumer stated about two weeks after bringing the vehicle, the driver's side door and the back passenger's door handles started peeling. The dealer suggested for the consumer to buy touch up paint, as they would not repaint the handles. The transmission seemed to switch hard between gears and lunged forward from first to second gear. After having the head gasket replaced, the vehicle drives hot and shakes at high speeds. The transmission gear shift began sticking while moving it from drive, to reverse to park.
